Mudra of Knowledge and Wisdom, this posture is very soothing and spiritually awakening.
It stimulates the air in the body. It increases the level of concentration , strengthens mental power and sharpens the brain.

To practice this mudra: Gently bring the tip of the thumb and the index finger together, while the other three fingers are simply stretched or freely and slightly. It is best to lay early in the morning for 35-40 minutes in a row.

Vayu Mudra - Air Mudra
