How to balance the root chakra?
The associated color is red .
So any high-vibration foods with a naturally strong red pigment or grounding properties can help recharge your chakra (tomatoes, strawberries, beets, red apples, pomegranates, raspberries, and even protein).
Adding dandelion roots to certain foods like: carrots, potatoes, parsnips, radishes, onions and garlic and just the roots, can have a calming effect on our base chakra.
Crystals that are red like red jasper , chanting the “LAM” mantra, going out into nature, using color therapy with the color red, meditation, practicing yoga, and addressing physical and emotional signs of imbalance can all help balance the root chakra.
